In this session, you’ll be responsible for monitoring an online business service, you will use IT Service Intelligence to:
- Monitor health of the business service with KPIs based on machine learning
- Learn how predictive analytics can result in a negative MTTR
- Investigate how to reduce event noise through machine learning
- Create a cool dashboard for your business stakeholders.

Anyone interested in Splunk ITSI. The session is most specific for Service/Business owners who understand the business problems.
Prerequisite:
Some basic knowledge of Splunk is preferred (free Splunk Fundamentals 1 course recommended https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/courses/splunk-fundamentals-1.html), you’ve attended a Splunk4Rookies or you already have experience with Splunk.

You will test drive key capabilities of Splunk ITSI to gain an understanding of the value derived from service context, business and technical KPIs and the power of Machine Learning.
